  1. STRUCTURE    :     RCC Frame structure & Bricks in Cement Mortar.

 

  1. FINISHING     :     Permanent internal finish with Plaster of Paris and outside of building finishing with Weather Coat.

 

  1. ROOM FINISH   :     Bed room, Balcony and Living/Dining floor finish with 2 X 2 Vitrified Tiles and wall with Plaster of Paris.

 

  1. OPEN KITCHEN :    Fully marbled floor, glazed tiles on wall up to 3 feets height above working platform & rest of the walls with plaster of Paris. Granite slab platform with stainless steel sink will be provided.

 

  1. TOILET :   Flooring – Anti skid tiles.  Glazed tiles up to door level height on walls. White European style W.C wash basin, C.P fittings fitted with Jaquar or same standard brand with provision for hot & cold water supply in one bathroom for bath.  Sanitary Ware: White Commode with everlasting hassle free flash valve concealed with push button of Standard brand and PVC door with frame.

Interior: Good quality enamel painted flash doors.

  1. ELECTRICAL  :   Concealed Havels/Finolex wiring with ISI fittings (Standard Company). Concealed provision for A.C (One room), T.V point, Refrigerator point, Cable point, Geyser points in one toilet, three points for Kitchen, sufficient light & Fan points & Modular Switches with MCB.
